Girl’s Guide to Business: Your Agilities
February 24 @ 11:30 am - 1:00 pm
On average, we spend at least 30% of our waking hours working – so it’s no surprise that our level of career satisfaction can have significant impact on our quality of life.
Job satisfaction starts with doing what you’re good at – and what you enjoy. In this Girl’s Guide to Business session, The DeBruce Foundation will lead us as we explore the Agile Work Profiler, a career tool that helps identify your unique strengths and interests and how those line up with careers. This can help you confidently explore career pathways and bring your best self to work.
Unique amongst the many self-assessment tools out there, the Agile Work Profiler has been developed using an analysis of a wide range of professions across the US in order to specifically address the behaviors and traits we bring to work, how they apply to our current capacity and the ways in which they can contribute to our long-term potential.
During this time, we’ll take the assessment and then work together in a highly interactive and supportive environment to discuss and identify the ways in which our top Agilities can be applied to bring us more purpose and direction in our careers.
You’ll leave this GGTB session with a fresh sense of all that you can accomplish – and with a renewed focus on maximizing your agilities to achieve greater success.
